Privacy Policy

What this app is

Key Ahead helps you prepare and send your own career materials. It is a consumer software tool. It is not a hiring employer and not a licensed employment agency.

Data we collect (nutrition label)

• Contact info — email you type, only to run your account and support.
• User content — resume, letters, notes you create. Used to provide the product. Not sold.
• Identifiers — Apple original transaction ID after a subscription, to restore purchases.
• Diagnostics — crash logs if you opt in via Apple.

We do not collect precise location, health, browsing history, or contacts unless you later opt in to a clearly labeled feature. We do not sell personal data. We do not use your materials to train public models.

Sharing

Apple processes payments. If you tap send, the destination you chose (an employer or board you selected) receives only the packet you confirmed. No other sale or broker share.

Account deletion

In-app: Settings → Delete account. That removes content we store. Apple keeps subscription records as Apple requires. Email support@keyahead.app if the in-app control fails.

Children

Not directed at children under 17. Age rating 17+.
